Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with the return address.
The merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective.
Make sure your name, address, phone number and e-mail are provided along with the reason for your return/exchange. In order to fulfill your request of a credit card refund, we ask that you provide us with your credit card information at the time of return. If you are returning the item(s) for exchange, please note the item(s) that you would like in return. The price difference and new shipping charges will be applied to the credit card that is referenced on your return notice.
There are no returns or exchanges after 30 days.
